Shipping Rates
Australia:
- $10 Standard Shipping
- $15 Express Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
International (Excluding USA):
- $20 AUD Standard Shipping
United States
- $40 AUD Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear, as there may be a delay in initial scanning.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Australia Express: 1 - 3 business days
- Australia Standard: 3 - 7 business days
- International: 12 - 16 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of Australia Post. If your order is delayed, in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number for the fastest resolution.
We are unable to follow up on delivery delays once an item has been shipped, however if a parcel is confirmed as lost by Australia Post, please contact us at info@alisonjade.com.au and we will assist with a resolution.
Pre Order Items
Select products may be offered on a pre order basis. Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control.
Payment for pre order items is processed at the time your order is placed.
Please note that if your order contains both in stock and pre order items, your entire order will be held and dispatched once the pre order stock has arrived. If you would like your in stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
We will dispatch your order as soon as the pre order stock is received and will notify you if there are any significant changes to the expected arrival date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact info@alisonjade.com.au. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@alisonjade.com.au to arrange this.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider and/or your bank (processing times can vary)
If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@alisonjade.com.au.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS & RETURNS
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected from the nominated post office or collection point, or because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Once received, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order to discuss your preferred resolution.
You may choose to:
- Have your order re-shipped (additional shipping charges will apply); or
- Receive a refund for the products.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Alison Jade will be deducted from your refund.
- Any return-to-sender or carrier fees incurred as a result of the parcel being returned may also be deducted from your refund.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days of our first attempt to contact you, the order will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to restock or otherwise dispose of the products.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.
