Melbourne Covid FAQ's
We are so very excited to welcome you back into the Alison Jade salon! In order for us to ensure the safest possible salon environment for our clients & staff, in addition to our regular T&C’s we have a few new policies applicable.
Please take the time to read these new covid-safe policies carefully before your next appointment;
Please attend appointments on your own. No plus-ones, children or babies are permitted into the salon with you at this time, under any circumstances.
We will only be accepting bank transfers, ZipPay, touchless and card payments at this time.
Upon entry to the salon, please use the sanitiser provided & maintain 1.5m between you & other clients. Please do not touch your face, phone, hair or clothing after your hands have been sanitised. We also have a hand washing station should you wish to wash your hands.
Please arrive at your exact appointment time. If you arrive early we kindly ask you please wait in your car.
Due to the safely of our staff and community it is mandatory when you arrive at your appointment, you must be wearing a mask and it must stay on for the duration of your appointment
If any of the following applies to you, please contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment:
- Do you, or anyone in your household, have or recently had, any cold or flu-like symptoms?
- Have you, or anyone in your household, returned from interstate or overseas travel in the last 14 days?
- Have you, or anyone in your household, had any close contact with a positive COVID-19 case?
- Have you or anyone in your household, returned from interstate or overseas travel in the last 14 days?
If you attend & show any symptoms of being unwell, your service will be refused & the appointment will need to be paid for on the day.
Our hygiene standards have always been, and will remain second to none. We use hospital grade disinfectant within the salon. We wear masks & fresh gloves at every service. All tools are sanitised in between clients.
We are taking all of the necessary steps to ensure a safe & healthy salon. We look forward to welcoming you back into Alison Jade.
